My Bio
I am a divorced mom with 4 kids. I studied art all through school (some of which you can find on here) and have spent a lot of time illustrating and designing. Art is what I went to college for but I started having kids before I had a chance to graduate. I plan to go back at some point because being two classes away from a degree is ridiculous.
I specialize in fantasy-based illustration, but I love drawing in general. A few years ago I discovered that I could interpret my illustrations through fabric. That led to my designing my Dragon line of quilts. I'm still working on the pattern for my first one, but it's almost ready to publish. The second one will debut soon.
Sometimes I don't feel like the most original artist, but give me a concept or a character, let me run and I'll give you something awesome in return.
I'm very much into nerd and geek culture. I don't play video games, but a good many of my friends do so I get to watch. I "specialize" in TV, movies, and comics.

I have been spending Way Too Much time on my computer lately. Doing what? Well, combing through DA has been a lot of it. But I've also been working on one of my older pieces and adding color and scenery to it.
I don't want to post it, because it's not done yet, but I want to share it. So, compromise. I put it in my stash! lol
Here's the screenshot. Maybe I should have taken out the Columbo. Ah well. ;)
Now off to work!

I just figured out how Scrapbook works! I feel smart. lol
I added a couple of very old sketches and I'll probably add more over time. I have so many of them that I haven't wanted to add due to their unfinished nature, but at the same time I'd really like to have them up. Most of them are things I'll never do anything with, so I'll have them up as open/stock/whatever it's called. :)
Keep an eye on my scrapbook and see what gems pop up! If you see something you'd like to use, check the caption, I'll probably have it up just for others to use. If you're not sure give me a buzz! I'm pretty quick to respond, usually.

Finally figured out the footer issue. It was kind of a stupid thing. asilentdream (https://www.deviantart.com/asilentdream) has been awesome in helping me figure this out. And it was something simple I'd completely overlooked. Guh.
Ah well, problem solved. Now I just need to figure out which skin I want. :/ Hmmm...
